NTCRI-2004DX
From its ergonomic styling to its 12Vdc operation, the NTCRI-2004DX takes refrigerant identification to a new level. Faster and smaller, yet it provides the durability and accuracy users have come to expect from Neutronics Automotive. The instrument utilizes non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology to determine the weight concentrations of refrigerant types R12, R134a, R22, hydro carbons and air. Also features ’Blend–ID‘ to indicate the presence of EPA ‘SNAP‘ approved blend refrigerants. Industry acceptable levels of refrigerant purity are automatically determined for refrigerants R12 and R134a by the instrument to eliminate human error. Pure refrigerant is defined as a refrigerant mixture that contains 98%, by weight, or greater of either R12 or R134a. Powered by 12VDC or the optional rechargeable battery for ultimate portability, and the instrument is supplied complete with R12 and R134a sample hoses, an R134a adapter fitting to permit sampling of ACME ported cylinders, 12VDC battery clips and all required plumbing housed within a rugged portable case. An optional factory installed printer module (see below) completes the offering to make this the best value ever in refrigerant identification.
