When will my order arrive?<p>​Most orders arrive in 1-5 business days, depending on the distance from Columbus, OH to your shipping address.</p>
What are our shipping rates?<p>​<span><span>Charges are based on the weight of the products shipped. As you complete your checkout, a shipping charge will be displayed. This applies to most products which weigh less than 150 pounds. Some shippable items may require Special handling due to their size. Prices may vary by location and are based on the number of trips made to your location.</span></span></p>
How do we ship multiple items?<p>​<span><span>Mac Tools ships items as they are available, therefore you may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several items. Items that will ship separately include items that have different shipping methods and items that are not available in our warehouses on the same day of your order.</span></span></p>

When will my order arrive?<p><span>Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach you from the date it is shipped. UPS Ground will arrive in 1-5 business days, depending on your distance from Columbus,OH. UPS 3-Day Select will arrive in 3 business days. See www.ups.com for more information.</span>​ <br></p>
What are our shipping methods?<p><span><span>UPS is our primary method of shipping for items and orders under 150lbs.and customers can choose Ground or 3-Day Select Shipping.<br><br>For items or orders over 150lbs, we use a common carrier and deliver as curb service. A person over the age of 18 must sign for these shipments.</span> <br></span></p>
