STEP TWO: DISCOVERY RIDE
There’s no better way to understand what a day in the life of a Mac Tools franchisee is like than to jump on a truck! Find out what being your own boss feels like when you sit side by side with a successful franchisee.
STEP THREE: BUSINESS PREP
Our Onboarding and Truck Specialists are here to support you, step by step, as you set up your new business. Starting a franchise is a big deal - every detail matters. Our experienced and knowledgeable team will help simplify the franchising process.
STEP FOUR: MENTOR RIDE WEEK
The first week of our comprehensive training program is spending five days on a truck with a successful Mentor franchisee. You’ll be introduced to our products, selling strategies, and our proprietary business software.
STEP FIVE: MAC TOOLS UNIVERSITY
Our professional instructors have taken 85 years of experience in the
mobile tool industry and infused it into a comprehensive classroom setting and digital learning experience. Upon graduating, your District Manager will join you for ten days on your route offering continued sales and business training. And it doesn’t stop there…
